The following companies are required to comply with CSR provisions as per Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013:
- Companies with a net worth of ₹500 crore or more.
- Companies with a turnover of ₹1,000 crore or more.

4. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Authorized Person
5. PAN of Authorized Signatory
6. KYC Documents & Email IDs of Governing Body Members
7. NGO Darpan Unique ID (if available)
8. Board Resolution Authorizing CSR Application
9. MOA & AOA / Trust Deed / Society Bylaws
10. Audited Financial Statements for Last 3 Years
11. Annual Report of the Last Financial Year
12. CSR Policy & Subsidiary Details (if any)
CSR Reporting and Compliance
