5. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)

6. Declaration by First Subscribers and Directors (INC-9)

7. Proof of Registered Office Address

Electricity Bill / Water Bill / Property Tax Receipt Rent Agreement with NOC (if rented) 📌 Required for verifying the official registered address of the company.

8. Consent to Act as Director (DIR-2)

📌 Each proposed director must give written consent to hold the position.

9. Passport-Sized Photographs of Directors

📌 Used for official records and application uploads.

10. Bank Account Details (Post-Incorporation)

📌 Company needs to open a bank account after receiving Certificate of Incorporation to start operations.
